"20 Now if thy son ask thee tomorrow: 21 Then thou shalt say unto thy son, We were servants of Pharaoh in Egypt, and the LORD brought us out of Egypt with a mighty hand; 22 and the LORD did great and terrible signs and wonders on Egypt and on Pharaoh and on all his house before our eyes, 23 and led us away from thence to bring us in and to give us the land which he had sworn unto our fathers. 24 And the Lord has commanded us to do according to all these judgments, that we may fear the Lord our God, that it may be well for us always, and that he may keep us alive as it is today. 25 And this will be our righteousness, that we may do and keep all these commandments before the Lord our God, as he has commanded us".
