Through the last decades in the fields of liturgy and school there was the promise of participation caused by church and education political decisions. The second Vatican Council opens up Roles for laity and the educational Inclusion emphasizes the differentiation and therefore the individualisation of the learning content. Comparing both fields show how the programmatic limits the whole promise of Participation, to project the system. The programmatic protection in the fields of Liturgy and school are complementary to each other, as the article will show. Because of this, both fields can learn about their blind spots from each other.
